Trial Preparation

We provide educational opportunities for a lawyer, law office or legal organization. We can assist in critiquing an expert witness’s credentials and prepare questions for use in depositions and direct or cross-examination in court.  Some so-called “experts” do not possess the proper education, training, experience and/or knowledge to offer opinion testimony concerning specific scientific results.  FoCoSS Forensics can help deal with these type of witnesses.
