Occasionally, a laboratory director or unit supervisor may be faced with a situation where there is a dispute between two qualified experts.  Often there is not another person with the technical qualifications to reexamine the evidence in question.  Management is then tasked with a conflict resolution in which they must determine which employee has made a potential error and what the subsequent actions should be.

FoCoSS Forensics can assist by being a third party mediator.  We have the ability to review case materials and provide management with another expert determination.  We can also recommend corrective actions as well as verbiage to incorporate to already existing Standard Operating Procedures.  FoCoSS Forensics can assist in any of our areas of expertise.
